We are looking for volunteers to help the planning process for our upcoming reunion. Let me know if you have any ideas or if you would be willing to make a committment to help pull this all together.
Specifically, I am looking for help or ideas with planning activities for alum and guest during the weekend. Help planning socials and meals would also be appreciated.
Any publishing gurus who would like to put together a fact type book for returning classmates to take home would also be helpful.

I'm hesitant to commit any time until my life gets back to some sort of normalcy after these damn hurricanes. 
But, in the meantime, I'd be willing brainstorm on themes and activities. Not having participated with the planning of a reunion before, maybe you can explain what needs to happen in more detail. Do you have a theme yet? What kind of activities are typically planned? Is there a budget?
Also, I think you should plan to publish the "fact type book" on the website after reunion for those who cannot attend our reunion. Just a thought!
